1. Production Time

Our dolls and adult products are processed differently depending on their type and stock availability.

• Dolls (Realistic Dolls):
  Some models are in stock and shipped directly from our U.S. or European warehouse for faster delivery.
  Products not available in these warehouses will be produced and shipped from our factory in China.
• Estimated Production Time (including buffer):
  • TPE Torso: Approximately 5 días
  • TPE Full-size Doll: Approximately 6 días
  • Silicone Torso: Approximately 6 días
  • Silicone Full-size Doll: Approximately 7 días
• Other Adult Toys & Accesorios:
  All other items are shipped directly from our China warehouse within 3 días hábiles after payment confirmation.

Factory Photo Confirmation

If you require factory photos before shipment, please indicate this in your order notes or contact customer service.
After production is complete, we will send photos for your confirmation. If no photos are required, shipment will be arranged immediately.

2. Shipping Arrangements

1. Shipping Origin

• China Factory Warehouse — All dolls and adult toys are produced or dispatched from here if not available in regional stock.
• U.S. & EU Warehouses — For in-stock dolls only, ensuring faster delivery to nearby customers.

2. Shipping Time by Destination

⚠️ Please note: Actual delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, holidays, and local logistics conditions.

3. Global Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the following regions:

• Estados Unidos
• Canadá
• European Union countries
• Australia
• New Zealand

Due to import restrictions, we currently do not ship to:
Islamic countries, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Africa, Mexico, Brazil, and certain remote islands.

We are continuously expanding our logistics network to support global delivery to more countries in the near future.

4. Shipping Free

• Orders over USD $59.99 qualify for free standard shipping.
• Orders below USD $59.99 will have a shipping fee calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination.

5. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted international logistics companies to ensure safe and discreet delivery:

• FedEx
• UPS
• DHL

All packages are shipped discreetly, con no product information or brand details visible on the outer packaging.

3. Tracking & Handling

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once the order is dispatched.
• Tracking updates may take 1–2 days to appear after shipment.

4. Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or incomplete:

1. Refuse delivery if possible, take clear photos, and contact [email protected] immediately.
2. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or reshipment within 48 horas.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by:

• Customs clearance or import inspections
• Force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, strikes)
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

• Please make sure your shipping information is accurate and complete.
• Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or undeliverable.
• Orders shipped during holidays or to remote areas may take longer than average.
