Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items unless there’s a verified defect.

Some products may be shipped separately due to packaging requirements, so they might not arrive at the same time.

It’s normal for international tracking information to take several days to update. Yes, a mild scent can sometimes occur due to the nature of silicone or TPE materials and packaging conditions. This is completely normal and not harmful. Simply place the product in a well-ventilated area for 24–48 hours, and the smell will naturally fade.
Please clean your toy before and after each use with warm water and mild antibacterial soap or a special toy cleaner. Dry it gently with a soft towel and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For dolls, avoid prolonged pressure on one area and keep them covered with a soft blanket or storage bag to prevent deformation.
