Manufacturing Defects

If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or our mistake, we will handle it promptly.
Warranty claims for manufacturing defects must be made within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.
Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modification is not covered by warranty.

All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days after receiving the package.
Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Order Cancellation & Refunds

All sex dolls and adult products please confirm all details carefully before payment.

  • Within 8 hours of order placement:
    You may cancel your order for a full refund with no charge.
  • After 8 24 hours:
    15% of the total order price will be deducted to cover material and labor costs.
  • After 24 hours:
    Orders cannot be directly refunded, as production may have begun.
    Please contact our customer service ([email protected]) to discuss possible partial refunds based on order progress, production status, and shipping arrangements.

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If you refuse delivery or the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address,
you will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund.

Packages returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Ready-to-Ship Products

“Ready to Ship” dolls are shipped immediately after payment.
Once shipped, cancellation or refund requests will not be accepted.

Custom Dolls

Custom dolls are produced based on your confirmed specifications (size, makeup, design, etc.).
Once production begins, costs for mold-making, materials, and design are non-refundable.
Only shipping fees may be refunded under certain circumstances.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package and provide photo or video proof.
Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or PayPal account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take several business days for your refund to appear.
  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us — we’re happy to assist.
